Dr. L. Krishnan is a beginner in economic research. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Economics in 2011 at Vivekananda College (A Gurukula Institute of Life-Training), Madurai. He pursued his master’s in Economics in 2013 and completed his M.Phil. research in 2015 in the field of cost-benefit analysis of well and river irrigation at the School of Economics, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. He received his PhD in Economics for his thesis titled “An Empirical Study on Farm Credit with Reference to Tamil Nadu Grama Bank in Coimbatore District” at Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. His research interests include environmental economics, agricultural farming, rural banking, and finance. He has been teaching Economics and General Knowledge at the Aryan Academy in Berhampur, Odisha, from July 2022 to March 2024. Krishnan has presented research papers at various national and international seminars and conferences. He has attended 13 national-level research methodology workshops and training programs at several state universities across India to enhance his knowledge. He has published six research articles in reputed, peer-reviewed journals. Krishnan has 10 years of research experience and 2 years of academic teaching experience.
He is proficient in MS Word, Excel, and SPSS, and he has completed courses in Desktop Publishing at Vivekananda College and Hardware & Networking at NIIT, Madurai.
